- Proven experience leading RFP and vendor selection processes

- Independence from ERP software vendors and integrators
Responsibilities
- Lead As-Is business process assessment across all functions
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard understanding of latest Infor LN functionality
- Evaluate deployment options (cloud, on-premise, multi-entity)
- Define group data integration objectives with German and Czech subsidiaries
- Establish master data harmonisation principles and data governance direction
- Prepare RFP documentation and evaluation criteria
- Manage partner presentation and evaluation process
- Advise Steering Committee on partner and deployment selection
- Prepare structured handover package for implementation phase
Description
We are seeking an ERP Consultant for a 6-9 month contract based in Somerset. In this role, you will lead the pre-implementation phase of an Infor LN upgrade program, working independently from any implementation vendor. You will collaborate with our internal business and IT stakeholders and report directly to the Managing Director.
