Requirements
Must:
- Good understanding of Windows and O365 suite of applications
- Experience with Windows servers
- Skills in installation and configuration of hardware and peripherals
- Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN/VLAN)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a passion for IT
- Reliable and punctual
- Minimum A Level qualifications in an IT related subject
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop O365 functionality (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Azure)
- Provide technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, mobiles, phones, tablets, and printers
- Configure and build Windows desktops and laptops
- Install and maintain printers, scanners, etc.
- Maintain IT records and documentation
- Follow and maintain internal processes and policies
Description
We are a Rotherham-based manufacturer specializing in the production of systems used by businesses in the UK, US, NL, PL, and France. By utilizing advanced robotics technology and modern machinery, we deliver high-quality products in substantial quantities. Due to our continued international growth, we are seeking to enhance our internal IT department with a position focused on 1st and 2nd line support, as well as monitoring functions to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot existing hardware and software systems based on O365 and Azure. This position is fully on-site at our Rotherham premises, offering 35 hours a week from Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits, including a company pension, free on-site parking, and a bonus scheme.
