Requirements
Must:

- You must possess a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from a design standpoint.
- A portfolio that showcases your user-centred designs, highlighting your technical product thinking and methodologies is required.
- You should be proactive, curious, and able to navigate challenges independently, comfortable in ambiguous situations and adept at tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- As a UI UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for web applications.
- Collaborate within an Agile, multi-disciplinary team to create innovative designs.
- Lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to enhance the design process.
- Recruit participants, moderate design sessions, and analyze research results to inform design improvements.
- Translate valuable insights from research into actionable design changes.
- Leverage your experience in AI or Machine Learning design to inform your work, focusing on the nuances of AI product design.
