Requirements
Must:
- 5-10 years of commercial experience in solution architecture or equivalent roles
- Expertise in microservices/SOA design using containerized environments
- Experience with high-volume ETL/data processing
- Proficiency in designing polyglot systems with various database technologies (RDBMS like SQL Server or PostgreSQL, and NoSQL like MongoDB)
- Experience with RESTful/GraphQL web APIs and asynchronous communication flows (Redis Streams, Kafka, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Design and document solutions to solve complex business problems
- Define and enforce architecture standards and coding best practices
- Implement DevOps/CI-CD pipelines
- Conduct hands-on development of PoCs and R&D initiatives to validate technical feasibility
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
