Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Software Developer with the following essential skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft .Net (Core, WebAPI, Kestrel) and C#.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework Core and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- A curious, problem-solving attitude with excellent ICT skills (including MS Office).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong numeracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and excel in both team settings and independently.
- Quick to learn new systems with ease.
Additionally, the following desirable skills and qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience with Azure and Vue.js.
- Familiarity with Docker.
- Previous experience using Jira.
- Legacy knowledge of VB.Net and ASP Web Forms.
Responsibilities
As a Software Developer, you will:
- Collaborate with your team to develop industry-leading solutions.
- Write thoroughly tested software that meets our code review standards.
- Manage your work effectively using our Jira issue management platform.
- Participate in daily stand-up and sprint meetings, engaging with team members, QA engineers, product managers, and project managers.
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail while demonstrating a personal drive for outstanding results.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Work with your Line Manager to ensure your skills and knowledge remain current while sharing best practices with your colleagues.
