Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience as a Service Designer providing user centric and evidence-based design
- Proficient at creating artefacts such as service blueprints, user journeys and service concepts.
Responsibilities
- Address the need for a cohesive experience flow between the business and end users
- Conduct extensive user research to inform design processes
- Develop service blueprints and user journeys
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather insights and feedback
- Identify key pain points through user centric research to improve the customer journey
- Remove inefficiencies in service delivery
Description
We are a dynamic organization based in Manchester, currently seeking an experienced Service Designer for an initial 3-month contract role. This position is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in your working environment.
