Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and data analysis
- Full UK driving license is essential
- Strong communication skills for effective reporting
- Confidence in liaising with all levels of the organisation and external vendors
- Familiarity with software license procurement and renewal processes is a plus
- Experience in ITIL Asset Management or a related qualification is desirable
- Understanding of hardware lifecycle and disposal processes is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Record and report on both hardware and software assets in our Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Assist in the on-boarding of new ICT assets and ensure their integration into the CMDB
- Perform periodic audits of ICT assets to ensure accuracy in the CMDB
- Collaborate with the ICT team to share best practices and provide guidance
