Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum or a similar Agile methodology. A certification as a Scrum Master is preferred, along with a background in accounting and/or financial services. You should have at least five years of commercial experience successfully managing multiple projects or teams in a technical environment. Experience with recognized Scrum workflow tools, such as JIRA, as well as other tools like SharePoint and Confluence, is essential. Additionally, you should have extensive experience in owning sprint and quarter-on-quarter metrics, including Daily Radiator, sprint reviews, capacity planning, and quarterly program increment (PI) planning. Familiarity with managing data warehouse and reporting projects within the financial industry is also necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be expected to have significant experience in managing products using Agile methodology and possess skills in facilitating within an iterative environment. You will demonstrate servant leadership among team members and business partners, embodying a can-do attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively with Scrum teams to deliver functional software within Agile parameters. You will utilize a structured product management methodology, including Agile, along with formal tools and approaches.
