Requirements
Must:
- Exceptional offensive security expertise with proven operational experience in Red Team engagements
- Strong understanding of modern endpoint detection technologies
- Solid OPSEC-driven mindset with a focus on stealthy execution
- Proficiency in TIBER-EU and CBEST methodologies
- Knowledge of adversarial tradecraft, OPSEC, and stealth operations
- Expertise in Active Directory exploitation and cloud attack paths
- Programming experience in C, C++, C#, .NET, and Python
- Familiarity with C2 frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Sliver, and Mythic
- Legal right to work in UK/EU
- Must undergo background checks
- Required certifications: OSEP, OSCE, OSEE, OSCP, OSWE, OSED, CCSAS, CRT, CCT INF/CCT APP, GPEN, GXPN, CRTO
Responsibilities
- Lead Red Team engagements, including TIBER-EU and CBEST testing
- Develop advanced threat scenarios and attack chains
- Build offensive tooling, malware, implants, and C2 frameworks
- Execute stealthy lateral movement, privilege escalation, and EDR evasion
- Operate across cloud and hybrid infrastructures
- Provide consultancy, risk translation, and uplift strategies
- Contribute to R&D projects, including PoC tooling and exploit development
