Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience delivering penetration testing in complex, high-risk environments
- Solid technical expertise across Linux, Windows, and Active Directory
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g. Bash, Python)
- Knowledge of cloud and container security (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications such as CREST or OSCP are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead complex PEN testing engagements, selecting methodologies aligned to system design and business impact
- Uncover and validate vulnerabilities, demonstrating realistic attack paths
- Develop tailored testing approaches for proprietary or sensitive environments beyond standard tooling
- Partner with IT, Engineering, and OT/ICS teams to support effective vulnerability remediation
- Support and guide junior testers, helping to grow overall team capability
