Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years in Business Analysis or Project Management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and process improvement
- Agile delivery experience
- Supplier and procurement management experience
- An analytical mindset with experience in data visualisation (PowerBI desirable)
- Awareness of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
Responsibilities
As our Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Leading investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing and new services
- Analyzing complex data to produce actionable insights and recommendations
- Defining and managing business requirements across high-complexity change initiatives
- Modeling business processes and contributing to target operating models
- Collaborating with delivery teams to scope Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and visualizing outcomes
- Supporting supplier selection and procurement processes
- Championing user needs and collaborating with user researchers
- Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to communities of practice
