Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of commercial experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation test design, development, execution, and maintenance
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Selenium
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and Git-based version control (GitHub / BitBucket)
- Experience in API testing using REST Assured or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test suites across Smoke, Integration, System, UAT, and Regression testing
- Build, execute, and maintain UI and API automation using Java, Selenium, and REST Assured
- Lead and participate in test planning and test case reviews
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, SMEs, and business stakeholders to define clear acceptance criteria

We are a leading global firm located in Dublin, seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Automation Engineer for a contract position lasting 6-18 months. In this role, you will support the delivery of complex, mission-critical software solutions across our Payments application platform, which includes API, Web, Mobile, Batch, and SWIFT channels.
