We are looking for a Security Engagement Partner who has proven experience in programme or project management, preferably within cybersecurity, learning & development, or organisational change. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of our organisation. Experience in designing and executing engagement campaigns or networks within large organisations is essential. We value a self-starter attitude, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As the Security Engagement Partner, I will lead the delivery of the Cyber Sentinels Network, which is a strategic initiative designed to embed cyber awareness and resilience in high-risk areas. My key responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the network, collaborating with Directors, Security Champions, and Learning Partners to pinpoint and recruit suitable Cyber Sentinels. I will develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to promote the programme, drive participation, and sustain momentum. Additionally, I will coordinate onboarding and enablement sessions for Sentinels, track progress against KPIs, provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, and gather feedback to continuously improve the programme for enhanced impact and sustainability.
