Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in programme or project management, ideally in the fields of cybersecurity, learning & development, or organisational change. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization. You should also have experience in designing and delivering engagement campaigns or networks across large organizations. Additionally, the capability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of our Cyber Sentinels Network, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within scope. You will collaborate with Directors, Security Champions, and Learning Partners to identify high-risk areas and recruit suitable Sentinels. Another key aspect of your responsibilities will be to develop and implement a communications plan to promote the program, drive participation, and maintain momentum. You will also coordinate onboarding and enablement sessions for Sentinels, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge. Monitoring progress against KPIs, providing updates for senior stakeholders, and adapting strategies to ensure target coverage will be part of your duties. Finally, you will gather feedback to refine the program and enhance its sustainability.
Description
This position offers a daily rate of £350 - £450 (inside IR35 via umbrella) for a contract length of 3 months. The role is based in Welwyn Garden City, conveniently located just a 19-minute walk from the train station and supports hybrid working, requiring 2 days onsite each week.
