Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of programming languages to enhance bot functionality
- Interact with databases, extract data, and transform it using SQL queries
- Integrate RPA bots with various systems via APIs and automate user interfaces
- Work with major RPA tools and optimize workflows for effective automation
- Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Design decision trees and algorithms for automated workflows
- Map process flows using UML, BPMN, and decision tables
- Validate bot functionality, manage deployment, and monitor operations
- Adapt and update automation processes as business needs evolve
