Requirements
Must:
- I seek candidates with demonstrable skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- I need someone with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- An inquisitive mindset with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification is essential.
- I require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to understand project mechanics and identify potential impacts of changes is necessary.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to track project documents and maintain comprehensive project plans.
- You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and minutes are documented accurately.
- Assisting in submitting updates to meet reporting requirements will be part of your duties.
- I expect you to maintain status reports and RAID logs to keep the project on track.
- Over time, you will participate in issue identification and resolution, risk management, and dependency tracking.
- You will plan and facilitate working group meetings to drive project progress.
- I will require you to maintain daily reports on UAT test results and key performance indicators, including execution pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns.

We offer a daily rate of up to £400 (inside IR35 via umbrella) and a hybrid working environment with 3 days in Belfast and 2 days remote.
