Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 / O365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Background in 2nd/3rd line IT support within medium-to-large organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage incidents through to resolution.
- Experience in the higher-education sector is advantageous, but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced M365 administration and troubleshooting, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security/compliance features.
- Provide 2nd & 3rd line support, diagnosing and resolving complex issues escalated from the service desk.
- Implement and maintain governance, security, and best practices across the M365 platform.
- Support upgrades, integrations, and user adoption initiatives, collaborating with infrastructure and security teams.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge articles to enhance first-line resolution.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Support Subject Matter Expert to provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support across a busy enterprise environment. This role is hybrid based in London and is initially for a duration of 3 months. The position falls within IR35 regulations, requiring the use of an umbrella company. Join our collaborative IT team where your M365 expertise will help deliver a secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital workplace. The rate for this position is £500 per day.
