Requirements
Must:

- Exceptional command of JavaScript and TypeScript, with the ability to architect, optimize, and scale mission-critical applications.
- Mastery of React and Redux, with extensive experience shaping robust UI architectures used in demanding trading workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Java, capable of contributing effectively to full-stack solutions when required.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full trading lifecycle within investment banking, particularly across Fixed Income or FX.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of front office e-trading applications with a focus on low latency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UI components.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our UI strategies.
