Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with 9+ years of commercial experience in test automation and software quality engineering. You should have proficiency in Java and Spring, along with strong experience in API automation using RestAssured. Additionally, UI automation experience with Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of performance testing with JMeter or similar tools, as well as strong SQL knowledge and experience testing relational databases. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating tests into Jenkins or similar tools are also required. Experience with TDD/BDD methodologies is important, and you should have an awareness of security and compliance testing, particularly in financial or fraud prevention applications.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead Quality & Test Automation efforts. You will own and evolve our test automation strategy, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into our CI/CD pipeline. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and improving automated tests using Cypress, Java, RestAssured, JMeter, and SQL. You will implement and advocate for shift-left testing, embedding quality practices from the start of development.
