Requirements
Must:
- Advanced proficiency in Java is essential.

- Strong background in designing and developing innovative solutions using Java.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance.
Responsibilities
- I will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- I will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing leadership and guidance within the team.
- I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key decisions and contribute to project success.
- I will engage with multiple teams to provide solutions to complex problems, both within my immediate team and across other teams.
- I will take responsibility for team decisions, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes.
- I will conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members to maintain high-quality development practices.
- I will stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Java development.
