Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience as a full-stack developer, proficient in multiple languages and technologies, with a strong emphasis on AI engineering, while having less focus on robotics.
- Hands-on experience with advanced technologies like large language models (LLMs), computer vision, predictive analytics, and data science.
- You should be an idea or concept developer with a strong background in innovation, particularly in development of proofs of concept (POCs) and research, rather than a product manager.
- Background in startups or small businesses, demonstrating ability to navigate both innovative, agile environments and complex organizational structures, effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in rapid prototyping.
Responsibilities
As an Innovation Developer, you will be responsible for transforming visionary ideas into tangible prototypes and proofs of concept (POCs) that leverage cutting-edge AI and full-stack technologies. You will be at the heart of our technical execution, combining deep expertise in modern software development, AI engineering, and cloud architecture with a passion for pioneering technologies.
Description
This role is based in Berkshire, offering a hybrid work arrangement. We are looking for someone for an initial 6-month contract with a pay rate of £800/day inside IR35, and you will be working via an umbrella company.
