Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience as a full-stack developer, proficient in multiple languages and technologies, with a strong emphasis on AI engineering, while having less focus on robotics.
- Hands-on experience with advanced technologies such as large language models (LLMs), computer vision, predictive analytics, and data science.
- Background as an idea or concept developer with a strong emphasis on innovation, particularly in proof of concept (POC) development and research, rather than a product manager.
- Experience in startups or small businesses, with the ability to navigate both innovative, agile environments and complex organizational structures while effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in rapid prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Transform visionary ideas into tangible prototypes and POCs that leverage cutting-edge AI and full-stack technologies.
- Participate in the technical execution of projects by applying deep expertise in modern software development, AI engineering, and cloud architecture.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful development of innovative concepts.
Description
We are looking for an experienced Innovation Developer to join our team in Berkshire on a hybrid basis for an initial 6-month contract, offering a pay rate of £700/day inside IR35. If you have the experience with cloud technologies and/or mobile development, we would especially love to hear from you!
