Requirements
Must:
- I require experience in IT support (1st/2nd line).
- I expect a strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
- I value great communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in the education sector and knowledge of Active Directory are desirable.
Responsibilities
- I need you to provide hands-on support across staff, students, and classroom technology within the education sector.
- You will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- I ask that you support Microsoft 365 and maintain IT systems and equipment across the organization.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join my supportive IT team and make a real impact on teaching and learning. The position is located in Leeds, offers an hourly rate of £30, and has a duration of 6 months with an IR35 status of inside.
