Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in an IT support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment, or an IT-related qualification.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments, along with knowledge of networking concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist non-technical users effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff needing assistance with hardware and software issues.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, ranging from basic user problems to more complex network challenges.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Offer training sessions and create user documentation to help our team maximize their technology use.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
