Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing vendors, partners, and technical teams.
- Proven ability to develop and implement service delivery models for ERP transformation.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion, HCM, and related modules.
- A background in the public sector, preferably within policing, is highly desirable.
- Must have resided in the UK continuously for a minimum of 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure BPSS supported systems align with business needs.
- Oversee the delivery of BPSS support services, maintaining agreed internal SLAs.
- Facilitate effective communication to resolve issues with suppliers, partners, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs while managing vendor support services.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Uphold security practices and standards to protect sensitive information.
- Implement training strategies to enhance application knowledge within the team.
