Head of Cyber Security

As the Head of Cyber Security, you will be responsible for owning the strategic and operational delivery of all information and cyber security activities within our organization. You will develop and maintain a 3-5 year Security Strategy and Roadmap covering technology, people, and processes, ensuring that security is embedded across all projects, platforms, data flows, and product development. You will lead the enterprise-wide information, cyber, and data security governance and be accountable for defining and implementing security frameworks, policies, and operating models. Your role will include ensuring compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials Plus, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 aligned practices. You will manage incident response, vulnerability management, patch compliance, and work with secure configuration baselines. Additionally, you will drive the integration of your Security Operations Center (SOC) and enhance detection and response capabilities through threat intelligence and monitoring. You will manage hybrid environments, including Azure, AWS, Nutanix, and on-premise infrastructure, while supporting SD-WAN, cloud firewalls, CASB, Zero Trust, and SASE architectures. Your responsibilities will also encompass managing enterprise security risk assessments, tracking key risk indicators (KRIs), and reporting on cyber maturity to the executive leadership team. Finally, fostering a security culture through training, phishing simulations, and awareness programs will be a primary focus, along with partnering with IT, Legal, HR, and various business units to integrate security into operations and service delivery.
