Requirements
Must:
- Frontend development experience, with a strong focus on Angular (v12+).
- Deep knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, and component libraries.
- Proven experience in building and integrating complex data visualisations.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with data-intensive applications, experience with the PrimeNG component library, and background in integrating with Python-based backends (like FastAPI).
Responsibilities
As an Angular Frontend Developer, I will:
- Develop responsive and high-performing Angular components.
- Create interactive data visualisations (charts, dashboards, maps) using tools like Chart.js or D3.js.
- Translate complex analytical outputs into intuitive UI workflows and visuals.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Maintain UI consistency and scalability by working with shared component libraries and design systems.

This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension, offering a hybrid work arrangement with one day a week in our Bristol office.
