Requirements
Must:
- Strong background as an Enterprise Architect
- Experience shaping architecture for large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of API-driven integration, modern digital platforms, and cloud-native delivery
- Ability to produce roadmaps, blueprints and enterprise-level architectural strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management from engineering teams to C-suite level
- Experience working within Agile / scaled Agile environments
- Familiarity with TM Forum standards (Open APIs, SID model) (desirable)
- OSS/BSS knowledge (desirable)
- Experience across sales, service, order orchestration, assurance or network-related domains (desirable)
- TOGAF or equivalent certification (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end Enterprise Architecture across the assigned domain
- Develop target architectures, roadmaps, transition states and high-level designs
- Provide architectural governance and assurance across multiple agile delivery squads
- Support solution architects on runway preparation, solution patterns and design alignment
- Drive architectural modernisation across cloud-native, API-first and microservices landscapes
- Represent architecture in senior forums, influencing technology decisions and investment direction
- Ensure designs meet non-functional requirements including performance, security and cost efficiency
- Maintain and evolve domain capability models, ensuring alignment to enterprise frameworks
