Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a D365 Development and Support Lead with the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dynamics D365 CE Configuration and Customization, including building and configuring workflows, automations, plugins, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with the Power Platform, specifically Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Ability to integrate Azure services such as Logic Apps and API Management.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integration using KingswaySoft.
- Competence in data migration utilizing KingswaySoft.
- ITIL experience and relevant qualifications.
- Knowledge of Visual Studio 2019 or higher.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes.
- Experience with version control and branching methodologies using GIT.
- Capability in application integration using SOAP web services and REST APIs.
- Awareness of the OWASP Top 10 security framework.
- Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
- Experience in 3rd line support across CRM applications.
Responsibilities
As our D365 Development and Support Lead, I will rely on you to deliver and maintain CRM applications in adherence to development best practices. You will provide user support for these applications and collaborate closely with suppliers, partners, and your line manager to create effective solutions that meet our business requirements.
Description
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £78,000, along with additional benefits. We embrace flexible working arrangements, requiring you to be on-site in London two times a week. We look forward to adding a skilled individual to our established financial services organization.
