Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development and customization.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including CRM, Customer Services, Sales, and Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Azure Services and experience working within DevOps practices.
- Understanding and management of enterprise-sized Dataverse instances.
- Expertise in using XRM Toolbox tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance our business processes.
- Focus on Dynamics 365 Omnichannel setup and configuration, including the Co-Pilot Studio voice (IVR flows).
- Customize solutions related to Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights.
- Address JavaScript security issues as part of the development process.
Description
This position requires the successful candidate to hold or to be able to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance and to maintain this. The role is based in London, Birmingham, or Hook and is offered as a 6-month initial contract with a pay rate of up to £650/day, inside IR35.
