Must:
We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Intune. You should possess a solid understanding of desktop and laptop hardware, along with basic administration knowledge of SCCM (MECM) and Active Directory. A working knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi is essential. Familiarity with security tools, particularly disk encryption using BitLocker, is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving second-line incidents within defined SLAs and completing user requests in a timely manner. You will maintain escalations at less than 2% per month and strive to achieve CSAT scores of 4.5/5 or higher for incidents handled. A key part of your role will involve proactive communication with our Service Desk and Level 3 teams, as well as delivering project tasks within agreed timescales.
Description
We are a leading consultancy organization seeking to expand our End User Services (EUS) team in Salisbury. You will work on-site five days a week and report to the EUS Lead Group, playing a critical second-line support role. Your contributions will directly impact our high-quality service delivery and seamless communication. The salary for this position ranges from £31,000 to £33,000.
