Must:
We are looking for candidates with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other data visualization tools. Experience with Microsoft Forms, automated surveys, and structured logging/reporting systems is essential. You should possess a strong understanding of assurance and compliance-oriented reporting frameworks. Exceptional attention to detail along with a commitment to data integrity and quality control is crucial. Additionally, the ability to translate technical activity data into compelling visual narratives for diverse stakeholders is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and maintain activity logging systems using Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. You will develop dynamic dashboards that visualize reach, coverage, engagement trends, and campaign performance. Identifying low-engagement squads while recognizing top-performing Champions to inform support strategies will be part of your duties. You will map business function coverage to guide targeted recruitment efforts and automate engagement workflows, including reminders and nudges, to maintain momentum. Furthermore, you will align Champion activities with campaign objectives and provide clear impact insights. Ensuring assurance-aligned reporting while maintaining high standards of accuracy and metrics, supporting skills matrix tracking to identify training needs and development progress, and collaborating with the Cyber Data Platform team for seamless data pipeline integration are also key responsibilities.

We are seeking a talented Data Insights & Assurance Lead - Cyber Engagement Partner for a contract length of 6 months located in Welwyn Garden City, with hybrid working available (1 day a week required onsite).
