Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Good experience as a Business/Product Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking and Cash Management markets
- Experience within one of the domains: Reconciliation, Treasury Management, Invoice Management, Virtual Accounts, or Collections is essential
- Familiarity with emerging digital trends and their industry applications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately
- A degree or equivalent working experience
Responsibilities
As a CMS Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization’s business platforms. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders to:
- Define the Product Vision and Roadmap
- Gather and finalize change requirements
- Create and maintain the Product Backlog, prioritizing it based on business value
Additionally, you will engage with business partners and Operations teams to:
- Define, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to transform business requirements into functional designs
- Collaborate with internal technology partners and vendors to implement effective solutions
- Assist the project manager in creating budget allocation documents
- Manage change requests and provide insights for ongoing projects
- Perform functional testing in development or QA environments
- Maintain a Vendor defects log for allocated projects and support UAT results validation
