Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain OT applications and automation systems
- Configure and deploy SCADA, HMI, and MES systems
- Develop automation logic/scripts for PLCs and industrial controllers
- Build custom OT applications using C# and web-based languages/frameworks
- Develop systems for data collection, analysis, and integration
- Install, test, and validate OT applications on production lines and automated systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing OT and automation systems
- Apply updates, patches, and performance enhancements
- Ensure system reliability, uptime, and compliance with security standards
- Integrate OT environments with enterprise IT systems for analytics and reporting
- Provide technical support for OT applications
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and integrations
