Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in business architecture, including capability modeling and operating model design. You should have a strong background in delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP projects. Additionally, knowledge of embedding GenAI and agentic AI in business processes is essential. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are a must, particularly experience in complex, federated organizations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop and document operating models, business capabilities, and service maps. You will assess current vs. future processes and identify gaps, risks, and dependencies. Collaboration with senior stakeholders, business analysts, IT teams, and external delivery partners is crucial. Furthermore, you will ensure that AI technologies (including GenAI and agentic AI) are integrated into processes from the start. Finally, you will provide assurance that all designs meet governance and strategic objectives.
Description
This position is for a major ERP transformation programme, with a rate of £750 per day. The location is in Manchester (hybrid work environment), and the initial duration is 6 months. Please note that this role is inside IR35, and you must use an umbrella company.
