Must:
We are looking for a candidate who brings recent experience in a Senior Business Analyst role within a large or complex organization. You should have a background in Regulatory, Assurance, or Audit work, or in other roles that require strong governance and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal applicant will possess the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and influence at senior levels. You should have experience working in demanding, fast-moving programs where flexibility and adaptability are key. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights. A commercial mindset along with experience in developing or contributing to business cases is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will rely on you to lead business analysis activities across complex programs and projects. You will support the development of clear business cases and actionable insights, while also helping to establish stronger data governance and reporting practices. Your expertise will be vital in turning complex financial and operational data into visual, accessible insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to anticipate and manage key milestones, risks, and governance deadlines. Furthermore, you will contribute to assurance, audit, or regulatory activities as part of our wider transformation agenda.
Description
This position is rate at £400 per day, located in London on a hybrid working basis, with an initial duration of 3 months. This role falls under IR35 regulations and candidates must use an umbrella company. Experience working on transformation or change projects within the governance sector is essential. Familiarity with financial data and/or implementing data governance frameworks as well as tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel will be considered desirable. Professional Business Analysis or Project Management qualifications (e.g., BCS, IIBA, PRINCE2) are also advantageous.
