Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in an IT Support environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills (hardware/software troubleshooting).
- Intermediate to advanced PC literacy - confident with MS Office, web browsers, and databases.
- Experience with bespoke software and hardware solutions.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) environments.
- Experience with Android OS or other mobile operating systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools is desirable.
- Familiarity with remote access and support technologies.
- Experience with MySQL/MSSQL administration is advantageous.
- Understanding of AWS and Google Cloud Services is a plus.
- Knowledge of remote deployment of software patches and upgrades is beneficial.
- Familiarity with payment systems (credit/debit card transactions and troubleshooting) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-line technical support for hardware, software, and bespoke systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
- Support Android-based platforms and payment processing technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Description

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.51, with full training provided. Working hours are on a rota basis between 6am and 10pm, including three weekends out of nine weeks.
