Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Conflicts team, overseeing all aspects of conflict searches, analysis, and resolution.
- Provide expert advice on conflicts of interest, regulatory and commercial conflicts, and client confidentiality.
- Implement and enhance policies, procedures, and training across the conflicts function.
- Drive technology adoption (including AI) to streamline conflict identification and resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver agile, client-focused onboarding solutions.
- Oversee complex conflict referrals, acting as a senior decision-maker on high-level issues.
- Support global audit processes and contribute to the leadership of the Firms Onboarding function.

Due to the continued growth and success of our Firm, we are looking for a dynamic Head of Conflicts to join our Office of the General Counsel (OGC) Directorate. Youll lead a talented team of over 30 lawyers and analysts, playing a pivotal role in ensuring robust compliance, effective risk management, and best-in-class client onboarding across our UK and international offices.
