Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have previously worked as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role. You should possess over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst and have experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Sprint planning. A degree in a relevant IT or business-related subject or equivalent professional experience is essential. Additionally, you should be skilled in Confluence and Jira, have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying improvements to our business processes, and making strategic recommendations. This full-time role will allow you to work in a collaborative environment where your insights will directly contribute to our success.
Description
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, along with excellent benefits including 33 days of paid holiday, an additional day off for your birthday, a pension scheme, company sick pay, rewards and incentives, an employee assistance program, and paid entry fees for charitable events.
