Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading architecture development in complex systems
- Deep expertise in at least one architecture domain (Business, Application, Data, Technology, Security)
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, messaging models, and Agile/Lean practices
- Experience with EA tools (LeanIX, Alfabet, Bizzdesign, Sparx EA)
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure)
- API design, event-driven and microservices architectures
- Understanding of SOAP, REST, and modern integration patterns
- Ability to produce detailed technical designs for diverse audiences
- Experience in Financial Services, Automotive Finance, or regulated industry is a plus
- Willingness to work a minimum of 60% of time in-office at Milton Keynes with flexibility as needed
- Ability to obtain relevant certifications if not already held
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, innovative environment
- TOGAF certification (nice to have)
- Additional cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) (nice to have)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including C-Suite (nice to have)
- Leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration abilities (nice to have)
- Strong emotional intelligence and teamwork mindset (nice to have)
