Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience within a Product Design role focused on UX/UI for SaaS Platforms
- A demonstrable track record using A/B Testing, Behavioural Design & User Research to make data-informed Design Choices
- Experience working with HotJar, Google Analytics, Crazy Egg or similar for data analytics
- Expert with Figma and other associated tools to bring designs to life
- Prior experience working on software platforms within Financial Services or other heavily regulated industries is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Redefine and improve the look and feel of core products as part of a wider Digital Transformation
- Implement standardised Design Systems/Processes and Brand Consistency across the product set
- Work directly with Users and Senior Leadership Team on design initiatives
- Make evidence-backed design choices to enhance the usability and engagement of products
- Collaborate with team members during in-office workdays to foster a cohesive work environment
