Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to have over 6 years of engineering experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of commercial work on production-level LLM/Gen AI projects is essential.
- Strong experience with Python/FastAPI, Node/Typescript, or similar technologies is necessary.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and LlamaIndex is preferred.
- Experience with Hugging Face and LoRA/QLoRA for fine-tuning is important.
- I also expect experience with RAG and Vector DBs, such as FAISS, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
- Any knowledge of MLOps with MLFlow, AWS (SageMaker), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions) would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior AI Engineer, you will work within our R&D-focused engineering squad to design and implement RAG pipelines and vector databases.
- You will spearhead the fine-tuning and optimization of prompts and models, ensuring our product remains at the forefront of AI-enablement.
- Leading a small development team on projects from conception to deployment will be part of your role.
