Full Stack AI Software Engineer

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on engineer with an ownership mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach. You should have over 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in RAG systems and vector databases (such as pgvector, FAISS, Weaviate, Elasticsearch k-NN). A practical understanding of chunking strategies, indexing, precision/recall trade-offs, reranking, and evaluation techniques is essential. Proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and React/Next.js is required, along with solid experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, DynamoDB). Additionally, you should have exposure to LLMs, embeddings, and vector search APIs, and a strong understanding of data engineering, schema design, ETL, and optimization. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred) and containerized deployments (Docker, ECS) as well as knowledge of secure coding practices and managing sensitive data are also needed. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are vital.
