Must:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following experience: - Experience of working collaboratively in agile teams. - Experience of working as a business analyst using Agile methodologies in delivering digital projects and products. - Experienced in taking responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes. - Experienced in identifying user needs, producing user stories, and proposing design approaches or services. - Experience of developing and mentoring business analysts. - Experienced in solving complex problems and concepts by gathering and analyzing information. - Proven experience of coordinating and engaging extensively with multiple stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to: - Elicit, define, validate, and manage requirements for projects, products, and services (based on user needs) while working closely with the Product Owner / Manager and development teams to create user stories ready for development. - Identify and analyze problems and issues that may affect the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our digital services. - Demonstrate leadership by providing guidance to staff to support the delivery of objectives. - Select and use tools and methods to establish, clarify, and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements of system users. - Communicate with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business objectives.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide business analysis expertise to define and validate digital projects, products, and services, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be part of one or more agile/scrum delivery teams within our Digital Services and Technology Directorate, working collaboratively with Product Owners and technical colleagues to develop digital solutions that deliver value to our customers and the business.
