Requirements
Must:
As the IT Helpdesk Manager, I expect candidates to have a solid technical background and strong leadership and communication skills. You should be proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented. It’s crucial that you possess up-to-date technical skills, including:
- Microsoft Operating System installation and support
- Microsoft Application Software installation and support
- Apple Mac computers and devices
- Windows 10/11 and Office 365
- Hardware installation and support in a networked environment
Additionally, desirable skills and knowledge include:
- Experience in supporting different AV setups
- Basic knowledge of IP Telephony
- Some experience supporting mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, and Android devices
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT support services across our school. Your primary focus will be ensuring that the Helpdesk team provides timely, effective, and customer-focused assistance to our students and staff.
