Requirements
Must:
- Experience of delivering complex software solutions into the NHS or public sector from the vendor side
- Demonstrable experience delivering enterprise software across various clinical solutions (e.g., PAS, EPR, OCRR, ePMA, PACS/RIS, LIMS)
- Evidence of completed full lifecycle projects ranging from 6 to 18 months
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (up to 30)
- Exceptional client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder skills
- Ability to handle difficult customers, scope creep, change control, budgetary issues, and tight deadlines
- Qualified to Prince2 Foundation
- Matrix people leadership both internally and externally
- Proficient in project control, planning, documentation, and using MS Project
- Financial management skills (milestone completion, billing, change control)
- Comfortable with a mix of remote work and occasional on-site visits
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects with key clients
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of each project from initiation to go live
- Lead, monitor, and manage multiple concurrent projects in a customer-facing environment
- Undertake project, risk, financial, contractual, and commercial management
- Provide ownership and direction for the entire project life cycle
- Manage solution teams and resources across delivery, development, and third-party vendors
- Prepare project documentation and status reports
- Host internal and external project meetings
- Motivate and lead the project team
- Ensure contractual acceptance across projects
Description
We are a software vendor seeking a Project Manager for Clinical Software to join our professional services team. This fully remote position offers a salary range of £45,000 to £55,000, plus a £5,000 car allowance.
