Requirements
Must:
- Background in Implementing PSA software and keen to move into Pre-Sales
- In-depth experience with PSA software and Salesforce
- Excellent customer and people skills, able to read the room and discuss possibilities while diving into detail when needed
- Ability to handle questions and challenges from prospects with flexibility within the solution framework
- Willingness to get involved with proof of concepts and AI capabilities
- Comfortable drafting SOWs that align with customer expectations and needs
- Open to working across UK/Europe and US (east coast time zones as required)
- Comfortable with a fully remote position, based in the UK with quarterly visits to the London office
- Consideration for those with strong Salesforce skills related to financials, revenue management, CPQ, or sales enablement
- Consideration for those without Salesforce skills but with strong PSA experience in a Solutions Engineering or implementation role with exposure to Pre-Sales
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into compelling, narrative-driven demos tailored to prospect personas
- Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) on deals, assess requirements, and position product features and differentiators
- Maintain and update demo templates and environments, communicating improvements internally
- Efficiently map service workflows across service execution and operations
- Support sales discovery sessions with both technical and business audiences
- Draft clear, value-based Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with customer expectations
- Facilitate interactive conversations on the scope of work focusing on key outcomes, timelines, and custom requirements
- Manage proof of concepts, showcasing AI capabilities

With a competitive salary of up to £75K and up to £90K OTE, we are committed to supporting our employees in a fully remote environment, while also fostering collaboration through quarterly office visits in London.
