Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical support or sales role within the manufacturing industry. A strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment is essential. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools is also required.

As an Applications Engineer, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our customers. You will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to provide technical and pre-sales support in the manufacturing sector. Your role will involve acting as a trusted technical consultant, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product Management to assess pricing and margin models on customer RFQs. There may be a need for occasional travel to customer sites (approximately 25% travel) to offer on-site support and advice.
