Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who possess a degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or an equivalent field. You should have extensive experience in analytical work, particularly using quantitative methods including correlational and experimental approaches. Experience in statistical modeling and indicator development is also essential. Strong skills in analytical tools, preferably Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, R, or equivalent, are necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst on our community hub team, you will conduct analysis to a high standard, using primarily quantitative and qualitative approaches to systematically examine, interpret, and draw conclusions from numerical and unstructured text data. You will work closely with business stakeholders to improve data quality. Additionally, you will seek opportunities where data can make a difference by exploring new tools and approaches to enhance Achieve Together's data collection and predictive analytical capabilities.
