Requirements
Must:
- MCP or MCSE qualifications
- Experience with OS builds/rebuilds for Windows 7/10 and Windows 2003-16 Server
- Experience with network and user configuration
- Ability to configure and implement Anti-Virus technologies for servers/PCs
- Experience in administering security implementation and analysis
- Familiarity with scheduling server level updates and patches from Microsoft
- Knowledge of user level security infrastructure management
Responsibilities
- Provide second and third line support to users
- Manage IT system capacity and monitor error conditions
- Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures
- Proactively monitor alerts within the IT systems
- Collaborate with the IT Technical Support Team to resolve technical issues
- Implement best practices in IT support
